A locally-sourced, seasonal menu.

Our menu changes with the seasons, and we make a conscious effort to source high-quality local ingredients. We are proud to partner with Lindenhoff for much of our fresh produce, including dairy and grass-fed beef.

We also offer a daily dinner meal to nourish you after class or sauna. Available in our cafe or as takeaway.

Homemade ferments and fresh pastries.

Every week our chefs prepare fresh ferments, such as kimchi which can be enjoyed with our brunch menu, as well as drinking vinegars, iced-teas and kombuchas.

We also bake fresh cakes, cookies, biscuits and muffins which can be enjoyed throughout the week.

When placing your order at the bar, we encourage you to ask us for availability of homemade products and potential off-menu items.

Peruvian coffee by Uncommon.

As coffee lovers ourselves, we serve Uncommon’s El Palto coffee from Peru, which has flavours of dark chocolate, orange zest and molasses.

We also offer decaf, cacao, matcha, and fresh teas to complement our brunches and pastries.
