Sauna rules

We’re glad you’re here to enjoy a relaxing and rejuvenating sauna experience. To ensure everyone has a pleasant time, please follow these guidelines:

1. Timing

Our slots start at the full hour and last for 50 minutes. We ask you to wear a wristband when going to the sauna. Get one at the bar or sauna host before going into the sauna.

2. Shower before and after sauna use

Please take a quick shower before entering the sauna. It helps keep the sauna clean and pleasant for everyone.

3. Towels and attire

Please always sit on a towel. You can use another towel to cover yourself. Swimsuits are also welcome.

4. Hydrate

Drink plenty of water before and after your sauna session. There’s a water tap in the garden opposite the second shower. Slightly hidden right behind the wooden bench.

5. Respect quiet time

Keep conversations low and respectful. Maintain a peaceful atmosphere. Many people come to the sauna to relax and unwind in quiet.

6. Bring only a water bottle

Please leave any drinks or personal items out of the sauna. Only water bottles are allowed.

7. Health considerations

Listen to your body, if you feel dizzy, lightheaded, or unwell, please exit the sauna immediately and seek help if necessary.

8. Leave it clean

Take your belongings with you and keep the sauna clean and inviting for the next guests.

9. Our sauna is for adults only

To ensure a peaceful atmosphere, little humans under 18 are not allowed in our sauna.

10. Love without intimacy

We are all for sharing love and getting together. But please refrain from any intimacy in our sauna.

Enjoy your time, relax, and rejuvenate! If you have any questions or need assistance, don’t hesitate to ask our staff. Thank you for being considerate and helping us maintain a wonderful sauna experience for all.
