Join us for a complete wellness experience designed to rejuvenate your body and mind! Our event kicks off with a refreshing 5 km run with Eva through Noorderpark. After our run, we'll gather at Stretch & Fold studio for a yoga/breathing session, led by Ramon who will guide us through movements to release tension and increase flexibility, and then transition into a down-regulating breath-work session to activate the recovery mode of the nervous system.
Once we've completed our yoga/breath-work , we'll head over to enjoy a delicious and revitalizing matcha, provided by the newest and tastiest matcha in town, Yoisho. The day doesn't end there—after our matcha, we'll unwind in a sauna session to further relax our muscles and detoxify our bodies.
After the sauna, you can take a refreshing dip in the pool to cool off and complete the full spectrum of relaxation.
