On Friday evenings, our cafe transforms into Følk - a live-music dining experience with a seasonal four-course menu. With options to add sauna and yoga, Følk evenings are a true celebration of all things Stretch & Fold.

• Feast & Flow: A set dinner reservation including open sauna, with the option to add a nourishing yoga class to start your evening - the true Følk experience

• Regular table reservations
