Elsa will guide you in a safe and intuitive yoga practice that will lead you towards learning and/or improving your arms balances. Build your confidence and develop a positive mindset to overcome obstacles on your mat and in your daily life.

The architecture of arm balances is very similar to that of the mind. Mastering this family of postures gives those who practice them greater confidence and courage. By demistifying these postures, we release the physical and mental strength that lies dormant within each of us. Break your conditioning through practice and learn to take control!

Put down roots, get your bearings, mark your territory, become aware of your limits, observe crumbly areas. This workshop is dedicated to building solid foundations.

Knowing the body’s limits enables us to meet them, challenge our fears, and step-by-step… go beyond them! This practice is an opportunity to live each moment 100%, and destroy limiting thoughts in the process.
