What about going deeper into your practice and teachings ? This intro is for yoga teachers and practitioners with an established practice. You will enrich your knowledge of asanas and discover ways to adjust safely.
You will go deeper into transitions, the notions of anatomy and adjustments linked to these postures in order to enrich your practice and teaching. We will explore different variations of asanas and assist to understand how to build an intelligent sequence. A part will be devoted to adjustments, which is beneficial for teachers as much as students.
Mastery comes not just from technique but from a profound connection to oneself and others. With safety of your students as the foundation, you will learn to offer assists with clarity of intention.
